This three-day work course gives you the knowledge, awareness training, and hands-on skills required to manage a wide range of emergency situations. You’ll learn how to perform CPR, treat burns, manage head injuries, respond to sudden cardiac arrest, and use an AED defibrillator correctly.
Our course content follows the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements for workplace first aid training. On successful completion, you’ll receive an aid certificate valid for three years, confirming your status as a qualified first aider.
This training is suitable for anyone designated as a first aider at work- especially those in high-risk environments such as construction, utilities, and engineering. Employers are legally required to provide adequate emergency response planning, and trained first aiders form a key part of that responsibility.

Each participant is assessed through observation and a written exam. Certification is issued on successful completion and remains valid for three years.
