All of our training course prices are exclusive of VAT.
Once a course has been booked an invoice will be sent out and payment can be made by Bank Transfer unless prior arrangements have been
made. Purchase orders are by prior agreement and must be paid within 30 days.
We understand that situations can arise in which you will need to cancel your place on a course that you have booked. Unless the circumstances are exceptional and alternative arrangements have been agreed the following fees will apply:
Cancellation > 14 Days before Course Date
No Cancellation Charge
Cancellation 14 – 4 Days before Course Date
50% Cancellation Charge
Cancellation < 4 Days before Course Date
100% Cancellation Charge
Amendments to bookings will incur a £50 administration charge.
